Hangzhou Youth Film Programme is a youth image carnival organized by Zhejiang Huamai Network Technology Co.,Ltd. (MEGAMEDIA) and Hangzhou Film and Television Association in 2018. It focuses on the activities of competition, training, and screening. It builds the platform, gathers resources, takes short films as a starting point, and spreads out. It takes competition as an opportunity to bring together qualified young directors and filmmakers at home and abroad, and sets up a library of works to create a dialogue space in reality.
The program is committed to making new explorations in the market with images as the starting point, so as to find young directors, look for image talents, exploit potential works or projects, and establish brand, exquisite and unique image activities in Hangzhou.
